JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, preparing bids, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and subcontractors.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and terminology is required.
