Description

We are looking for an experienced Masonry, Siding, and EIFS Estimator to join our team at our CONCORD, Ontario location. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction estimating, strong negotiation skills, and expertise in software tools like Planswift, Bluebeam and AutoCAD.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in construction estimating, particularly in masonry, siding, and EIFS projects.
  • Proficiency with Planswift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD for panel production, and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of project coordination principles.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Perform precise take-offs for masonry (block, brick, stone, etc.), siding, and EIFS projects.
  • Review project specifications and drawings to create accurate cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Leverage construction estimating software to develop detailed bids.

  • Contribute to the development of project budgets and timelines.
  • Participate in project meetings, offering valuable cost-related insights.
