JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Executive to join our team. This role is essential in providing executive administrative support, project coordination, and office management within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. As a Construction Executive, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth operations within the office.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on executive support or personal assistant duties.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign for document signing processes is preferred.
  • Experience in project coordination within the construction industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong typing skills and experience with data entry tasks are essential.
