Job Description WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US As a Construction & Facilities (C&F) Lead within the Store Implementation Unit, you play a key role in shaping the future of our physical presence across the globe. Your mission is to drive strategic expansion while ensuring our store portfolio remains qualitative, sustainable, and cost-efficient, not only through new developments but also through the ongoing maintenance and care of existing store sites. You will be part of the Global C&F Team, supporting all Brands as well as the Regional and Market C&F Teams. The site portfolio includes over 3,500 locations across 80 markets. WHAT YOU’LL DO You are a driving force behind our physical expansion and operational excellence. Your role is pivotal in shaping a store portfolio that reflects our brands expectation on customer experience while cater for an efficient construction execution and maintenance services, ultimately a sustainable full site/asset lifecycle. You navigate and support the organization through opportunities and challenges within Construction and Facility Management, acting as a trusted advisor across brands, regions and market C&F teams. You are a key contributor in the Store Development Process, guiding design decisions to deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring efficient construction execution and long-term maintenance strategies. Your work supports the full site and asset lifecycle, from concept to daily operations. You actively develop and promote circular building and maintenance methods, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations in retail fit-out and facility management. You lead pilots and evaluations, provide cost estimations, and suggest alternative solutions to secure investment, reduce operational costs, and meet sustainability targets. As part of the Global C&F Team, you serve as the Center of Excellence for Construction & Facility Management, defining and refining processes, guidelines, standards, and tools. You ensure continuous improvement through regular audits and performance follow-ups. You contribute to setting global targets for cost, time, quality, compliance, and sustainability and take ownership in ensuring these goals are achieved across the store portfolio. WHO YOU ARE We are looking for someone who has a big passion for Construction and Facility Management development and is interested in working with setting up guidelines and standards on a global scale. You are motivated by exploring new ways of working and initiatives that would benefit our global portfolio of stores. You have a natural drive to take ownership, drive results, communicate in a clear way and able to motivate and inspire colleagues. You are team player! To succeed in this role, you also have: 5+ years’ experience from Construction and/or Real Estate, preferably within the retail industry Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or Facility Management Proficient understanding of technical installations such as HVAC, Fire Safety systems, electrical installations. Strong understanding of project management, financial analysis, budget preparation. Experience from working in an international matrix environment with several stakeholders and seniority levels. Strong in MS Office, more specifically Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint Ability to travel ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a permanent position based in the city centre of Stockholm, Sweden and reporting to Global Construction & Facility Manager. The role is office-based, with a general expectation of being onsite four days a week.
