The person filling the Field Manager role is vital to the success of the company. Having the responsibility of managing the customers' expectations, conveying those expectations to the production team, and ensuring that the execution of those expectations is delivered on is the primary focus of the Field Manager. This, among other things, requires a person who can present themselves in a professional way and juggle between a variety of different tasks. More of the responsibilities are as follows Responsibilities Manage the installation team for all remodeling projects Visit jobs sites to enforce policy and job satisfaction Planning/Schedule all installations Coordinate all warranty and service calls Review your job cost to determine recommendations for improvement Complete analysis on root cause of service calls Create a positive environment Review customer feedback Schedule and Compensation 40 hours per week 401k and Benefits with Paid Time Off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000 - $80,000/yr Requirements Qualifications/Skills 3-5 years of field experience in Construction is REQUIRED Communicating with both customers and business partners effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Excellent organizational and planning skills Management of installation teams - Proven Success Records Ability to work through a punch list CRM or Scheduling software proficiency Multi-tasking skills required
