• Lead the preparation and management of project budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor project costs vs. budget, manage variances, and advise on corrective actions.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare annual accounts and liaise with external accountants.
• Work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support funding requirements and provide strategic financial insight.
• Supervise finance staff involved in development accounting and reporting.
• Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
