South Eastern Interiors (SEIUK) is seeking a dedicated and disciplined Construction Fit-Out Site Manager with a strong construction background and fluency in Russian.
This role involves overseeing high-end, large restaurant fit-out projects in Central London, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.​

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Proven experience in managing commercial fit-out projects, preferably within the high-end restaurant or hospitality sector. ​
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. ​
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme), and First Aid are required. ​
• Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. ​
• Language: Fluency in Russian is essential to effectively communicate with clients and team members.​

• Site Management: Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, maintaining high-quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications. ​
• Client Interaction: Liaise effectively with clients, architects, and designers to ensure project requirements are met and expectations exceeded. ​
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and promptly address any issues.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. ​
