With a strong reputation for excellence, they are seeking an experienced Construction Fitout Manager to join the team in Bristol and oversee the Fitout of residential apartment developments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Fitout Manager within the residential sector.
  • Strong background in managing high-end residential apartment fitouts.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are preferred.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Fitout Manager to lead the internal fitout process on residential apartment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage the entire fitout process of residential apartments from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure quality control, health & safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates and address any concerns.
  • Solve on-site issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards.
