Project Manager

• Mid to Senior OK
• $110,000K - $160,000K +
• Land Division / Subdivisions experience is very desirable.
• Will consider those from civil construction if relevant land development experience

12d Civil Design / Civil Engineering

• Mid to Senior OK
• $90,000 - $140,000K +
• National consultancy
• Strong 12d over sector experience, although all round civil design on this software favourable.

Construction Manager

• Mid to Senior OK
• $130,000 - $150,000K +
• Mid sized big hitter - consultancy
• Land Division / Subdivisions experience is a must
• Will consider those from civil construction if relevant land development experience

Looking for:

• Civil Engineering Degree / or Diploma qualified
• Project Management OR Civil Superintendent/Management within Land Division / Land Development Subdivision projects (Those ready to step up or with some PM exposure will be considered)
• Client & Stakeholder management experience
• 12d design for the engineering / design positions - all sectors considered
• Those who want longevity & stability
• Enthusiasm, drive and solid communication skills are a must
