We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our construction projects with a focus on quality and efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools.
• Excellent skills in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and schematics interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability in quality control measures and budgeting practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients, subcontractors, and team members. • Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project tracking and reporting.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for projects, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
