ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead crews on commercial, industrial, and civil construction projects. If you have a strong background in site supervision, team leadership, and hands-on construction work, this is a great opportunity to take on a key leadership role. Our projects include demolition, carpentry, concrete work, and site development for commercial and industrial clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Supervise and coordinate construction crews on commercial, industrial, and civil projects.
• Plan and manage daily site operations, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope.
• Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and safety regulations.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain compliance with site requirements.
• Assist with hands-on work when necessary, providing training and guidance to team members.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Monitor quality control and productivity, making adjustments as needed.
