CAT Scale is a growing company that is hiring a hard-working and dedicated Construction Foreman to join our elite team, traveling all over the United States for 2-3 weeks at a time, maintaining and repairing our 2,270+ CAT Scales. As a Construction Foreman, you will lead and work with all different types of people including your laborers, maintenance crews, other foremen, subcontractors, and customers. Foremen will encounter all types of tasks including but not limited to; concrete work and repair, scale deck repair, trenching for conduit, and the use of all kinds of tools all while learning how to maintain CAT Scale equipment. Requirements Must have excellent customer service skills Ability to effectively communicate, lead, motivate, and work with all types of people Responsible for the protection and maintenance of physical equipment and company assets Able to work successfully under limited supervision Must be accountable for your actions, be detail-oriented, and take initiative to complete projects Ability to lift and move 50-75 pounds regularly Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend over long periods Work outside during all types of weather Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, or 2-3 weeks at a time throughout the United States Ensure all safety guidelines and organizational best practices are always followed 2 years of proven experience leading a crew Concrete Construction experience is a plus Experience operating a skid steer, mini excavator, and other equipment is a plus. Employees must live within a two-hour drive time of CAT Scale headquarters located in Walcott, Iowa. License Valid Class A CDL with a good driving record Benefits Guaranteed weekly salary. Responsibilities
