JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead our construction projects effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with expertise in overseeing project schedules, and quality control. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensure quality work, and keep projects running safely and efficiently.

SKILLS

• 1+ years of experience in a supervisory construction role (residential, commercial, or civil)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and work alongside the crew
• Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety regulations
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract (and reliable transportation)

• Supervise and coordinate crews on-site (including subcontractors)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily tasks to meet project deadlines
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed at all times
• Provide hands-on support and mentorship to the team
• Communicate effectively with project managers, trades, and clients
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
