Midvaal Structures is seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Foreman to oversee site operations across our earthworks, brickwork, and structural steel projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering work on time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in construction, with strong exposure to earthworks, brickwork, and structural steel
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage teams effectively
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Johannesburg South

  Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
