We are looking for a construction foreman (m/f/d) for a permanent position with an established construction company in Berlin, starting immediately.

We will personally and transparently support you on your path to your new permanent position, with guaranteed feedback. Employment will be directly with the company.

Your tasks as a polisher (m/f/d):

Close cooperation with the construction management and coordination of subcontractors on the construction site

Ensuring and monitoring quality standards throughout the entire construction process

Monitoring compliance with applicable guidelines, standards and technical specifications

Scheduling and coordination of subcontractor services to ensure a smooth construction process

Management of commercial employees as well as organization and scheduling of material deliveries

Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations on the construction site

Your profile:

Completed technical training in construction engineering as well as further training as a certified foreman or comparable qualification

At least 3 years of professional experience as a foreman (m/f/d) in turnkey construction

Strong communication skills, teamwork skills, and a confident manner when dealing with project stakeholders

Proficient use of common MS Office applications
