We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Site Foreman to oversee the daily management of active construction projects across Athlone and Roscommon.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations, including direct staff and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Coordinate plant, materials, and labour resources to meet project timelines.
Monitor progress, report updates, and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate site records and communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
Promote a safe, efficient, and productive working environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in Ireland or the UK.
Strong knowledge of health & safety, environmental, and quality processes.
Completion of a recognised Site Safety Supervisor course (or equivalent).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Full, clean driving licence.
Must be eligible to work in Ireland (no sponsorship available).
