• Lead on-site teams to execute high-end commercial interior projects, including retail, restaurant, office, and mixed-use spaces.
• Coordinate with designers, GCs, and internal teams to translate design intent into buildable, finished results.
• Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, materials, and timelines.
• Interpret drawings, specs, and custom fabrication details with precision.
• Ensure safety protocols, cleanliness, and site standards are met.
• Problem-solve field conditions and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee installation of custom fabricated components - wood, metal, and hybrid features.
