We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman / Crew Leader / Supervisor to lead our client roofing construction projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
As Roofing Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Excellent roofing experience (shingle and metal roof systems)

  • Work hands on to lead roofing crew on roofing projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate construction estimates and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Provide training and mentorship to roofing team members while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and professionally.
