Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate construction site operations in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the work crew, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic and possess their own vehicle to commute to various sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Allocate tasks to crew members, monitor work progress, and provide guidance to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure seamless workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain an inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability as per project requirements.
• Document and report daily site activities, progress, and any incidents to the project management team.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Foreman in the construction industry in Dubai.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle (mandatory).
