We are currently looking for Construction Foremen for commercial and industrial Epoxy Flooring Projects across the United States. Applicants must live local to the Youngstown, OH Area. Must be accustomed to traveling 75% of the time and have a valid and good standing drivers license. These are full time positions with overtime, paid travel time & Expenses.
We are looking for applicants who are experienced with running small projects, you will be trained on the product application and processes if you do not have the trade specific experience
Applicants must be willing and able to pass a drug screen (no Marijuana) and background check (No Felonies)

CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN REQUIREMENTS:

• Concrete or Epoxy flooring experience is a plus but it is not required
• Should be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work
• Must be able to perform general activities common to the Concrete trade
• Attention to detail while producing accurate and high quality work
• Effective problem solving skills
• Valid Drivers License is required
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

• Work and oversee projects to completion
• Surface Preparation: Etching, grinding, Etc.
• Setting / Tearing down Concrete Forms.
• Mixing and Pouring Concrete and Epoxy
