Construction supervisor or foreman in building construction (m/f/d).

In this responsible position, you will manage construction sites on-site, coordinate workflows, and ensure the timely and high-quality completion of construction projects. You will be the central point of contact between site management, skilled workers, and subcontractors, and will make a significant contribution to the smooth progress of construction projects.

Tasks

• Management and organization of daily construction site operations in building construction
• Coordination and monitoring of the work of skilled workers and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitoring construction progress and documenting work steps
• Coordination with the construction management regarding schedules, material requirements and resource planning
• Communication with clients, architects and other project stakeholders
• Monitoring compliance with occupational safety regulations and environmental requirements

Qualifications

• Completed training in structural engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a leading position in building construction or civil engineering
• Organizational talent and strong communication skills
• Independent work style, assertiveness and teamwork skills
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
