This is an opportunity to lead significant residential projects from start to finish
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Foreman to oversee the day-to-day operations on this residential building site. The successful candidate will initially take charge of a development of 18 new homes in Coalisland, with progression to lead the delivery of 40 new homes in Cookstown once the project moves forward.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing house builder with a strong pipeline of work and play a key role in delivering quality homes on schedule and to the highest standards.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience as a Foreman / Site Supervisor in residential construction
· Strong knowledge of building processes, standards, and regulations
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
· Strong focus on health and safety compliance
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
· Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work between Coalisland and Cookstown
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
