Description

Management and coordination of construction crews on the construction site
Independent organization of the construction site process
Responsibility for compliance with safety and quality standards
Reading and interpreting construction drawings
Support in operating construction machinery
Interface between construction management and team
Guidance and motivation of your colleagues
Documentation and reporting

Requirements

Completed vocational training in the construction industry (e.g. vocational school, university of applied sciences, comprehensive school, grammar school, secondary school)
Several years of experience in building construction (from 1 year to over 10 years possible)
Experience in leading teams and coordinating processes on construction sites
Safe handling of construction drawings
Knowledge of how to operate construction machinery is an advantage.
Organizational skills, reliability and assertiveness
Good German skills, both spoken and written.
