REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in construction required, 3 plus years preferred
• Drywall, taping, and construction experience an asset
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work in different environmental conditions (indoors/outdoors, hot/cold)
• Must be comfortable working at heights and tight spaces
• Working at Heights certificate is an asset
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• G Driver’s license with a clear driver’s abstract, preferably have own vehicle
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to work overtime and weekends

• Perform general labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Clean and prepare job sites
• Operate hand and power tools
• Operate heavy machinery, including construction vehicles and scissor lift
• Assist with construction projects as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
• Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
