Minimum Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * Basic understanding of construction processes, terminology, and safety standards. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous internship or work experience in construction or a related industry. * Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or Bluebeam. * Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction site safety best practices. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities: * Assist project managers and site supervisors in coordinating daily construction activities and schedules. * Support the documentation process by maintaining accurate records of site progress, materials used, and safety inspections. * Participate in site safety meetings and help enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment. * Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution. * Conduct basic site inspections to verify compliance with project plans and quality standards.
