OVERVIEW

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role is essential in supporting skilled tradespeople and maintaining a productive work environment on-site.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• A commitment to safety practices and willingness to learn new skills on the job.

  Pay: $17.50 - $35.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks within deadlines while adhering to quality standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Preparing construction sites, tools and materials.
• Assisting with the transporting, loading and unloading of building materials, equipment and tools.
• Cleaning the construction site, removing debris, unused materials and hazardous substances.
• Operating construction equipment, including forklift, skidsteer, loaders etc.
• Assist contractors and tradesmen such as Carpenters, Welders.
