SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar physical work is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour, often outdoors and in variable weather conditions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high health and safety standards.
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with a variety of construction tasks on-site, including site preparation, material handling, and general clean-up duties.
  • Operate basic tools as directed by supervisors and skilled tradespersons.
  • Support skilled workers and project teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
  • Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures to maintain a safe workplace for yourself and others.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
