POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Construction Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have prior experience working in construction and be comfortable operating small to mid-sized equipment including bobcats, skid-steers, and loaders. This is a hands-on role that requires both physical labour and the ability to support site operations using equipment when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction labour and/or equipment operation.
  • Hands-on experience operating bobcats, skid-steers, loaders, or similar machinery.
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred); own transportation to job sites is an asset.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic.
  • Equipment certifications (if any) are considered an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general labour duties on construction sites (e.g. digging, lifting, cleaning, material handling).
  • Operate construction equipment such as bobcats, skid-steers, loaders, and other compact machinery.
  • Assist with loading/unloading materials and site setup/cleanup.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Support other tradespeople and site supervisors as directed.
  • Conduct pre-operational equipment checks and report maintenance issues.
  • Work effectively in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
