• Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools is essential.
• Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
• Basic problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise on-site.
• Previous experience in construction or similar fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
• CSCS card preferable but not essential
