JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
• Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision to complete assigned tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project goals are met.
• Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed, including carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work.
• Maintain cleanliness of the job site by disposing of waste materials properly.
