JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills on the job.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials (up to 25 kg)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• A valid CSCS card is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided for the right candidate
• Driving to enable collection of small materials
• Enrolled as self employed with UTR number. Help can be given to set this up if not in place

• Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction of buildings and other structures
• Perform general site clean-up and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
• Help with the assembly of scaffolding and temporary structures
• Assist in the installation of fixtures, fittings, and other components as directed
