QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately.

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.
• Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas.
• Help with the installation of structures, including framing, drywall, or roofing as directed.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and storing them properly after use.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
