EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks
