OVERVIEW

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of various tasks on-site. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive work is preferred but not required.
• Experience in Excavator operation would be a big asset
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites.
• Work the Well & Pump Division
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
• Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.
