We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
• Operate hand tools and power tools as directed, ensuring proper usage and safety protocols are followed.
• Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete work.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while on the job site.
