THE ROLE

This role is ideal for a construction lawyer with experience in both contentious and non-contentious work, looking to take on a varied and stimulating caseload. You will work closely with the firm’s experienced Construction team, with opportunities for career progression and personal development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Advising on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and advising on key standard forms (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, etc.).
• Managing client relationships, providing practical, commercially focused advice.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
• Contributing to business development and marketing efforts to grow the firm’s construction practice.
