PROFILE

• 15+ years in construction site leadership, with Muti Storey Residential project experience in the UAE.
• Strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods and UAE building regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

PURPOSE

Lead on-site construction activities on behalf of the developer, ensuring works are delivered to approved quality standards, within budget, and on time, while overseeing the contracting arm and any external contractors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the developer’s primary site representative.
• Supervise project consultants’ construction, quality, and HSE oversight.
• Monitor daily progress, resource allocation, and programme adherence.
• Coordinate site decisions with the COO and escalate risks early.
• Review and approve method statements, inspection requests, and milestone completions.
• Ensure statutory and contractual compliance.
• Maintain site logs, reports, and photographic records for management review.
