About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional with industry experience in construction, CAD, and quantity surveying to deliver high-quality teaching and learning. You’ll support learners across a range of levels, helping them develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in the sector. You’ll be joining a vibrant and forward-thinking Construction and Trades Directorate within a college that’s committed to excellence, innovation, and transforming lives. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons in CAD, Quantity Surveying, and general construction principles. Create schemes of learning and assessment materials aligned with college standards. Provide clear and constructive feedback to support learner progress. Supervise practical activities and work placements. Maintain accurate records of learner progress and assessments. Support curriculum development and innovation. Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing across the learning environment. What We’re Looking For A degree, HNC or equivalent in a relevant discipline. A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd or equivalent). Industry experience and teaching experience up to Level 3. Skills in CAD and Quantity Surveying. Ability to inspire and motivate learners through high-quality teaching.
