M.E. Sack Engineering is seeking a Construction Liaison & Inspections Assistant to support our engineers and coordinate with contractors. This position helps keep projects running smoothly through scheduling, site inspections, documentation, and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact between engineers and contractors.
  • Assist with scheduling site visits and inspections.
  • Support construction inspections with documentation, notes, and reports.
  • Maintain project files, permits, and compliance records.
  • Track progress against project timelines and communicate updates.
  • Help ensure construction work meets engineering specifications, codes, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction administration or inspection support preferred.
  • Treatment plant construction administration experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to read and understand basic construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management software experience a plus.
  • Comfortable visiting active construction sites.
