Overview Fidelity National Financial – Florida Agency is seeking a Construction Loan Title and Escrow Officer that can update title, prepare endorsements, disburse funds. Prepare and review construction loan escrow agreements. They will work with FNF employees and agents along with lenders, owners, general contractors, and subcontractors. Duties The candidate will be responsible for updating title reports, issuing construction loan endorsements, reviewing documents and agreements, receipting and disbursing funds, invoicing for services and balancing files. Education High School diploma. College and/or real estate paralegal is a plus. Experience Minimum 2 years working in real estate, title insurance and escrowed funds. Additional Information Requirements: Live in the Southeast Florida area. Work out of our Miami and/or Sunrise offices. Additional Skills: Communication and organizational skills, searching title and taxes, accounting/escrow experience, team player as must, Excel, Word, Microsoft and other company specific software. Work location: Miami and/or Sunrise offices Work Schedule: M-F, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and as needed. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
