JOB SUMMARY

Growing construction company seeking dedicated and hardworking construction maintenance workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, rain or shine and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, at times lifting 50 pounds throughout the day, as well as, working at heights. Attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is a must.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks for extended periods.
  • Drivers license and a clean abstract would be an asset but is not required
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills on the job.

    Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, cutting grass, blowing leaves, washing decks and docks and carrying materials as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.
