About the role Our Construction Management/Operations Co-ops have the opportunity to experience a wide variety of responsibilities in a number of different positions on our project sites and in our corporate offices. These positions require the development of high levels of effective verbal and written communication skills, technical skills, problem solving skills, and organizational skills. What your day-to-day will look like Co-ops have the opportunity to assist with the following at the project site: • Building layout (surveying) • Process submittals • Material and equipment expediting • Subcontractor and workforce coordination • Document control • Monitoring safety and/or quality • Project controls • Other project engineering related tasks What we’re looking for Co-op candidates should be pursuing a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or other related industry degree.
