Tasks Lead and manage end-to-end construction execution across projects Drive fast-track project strategies to accelerate delivery timelines Develop and control project schedules with strict adherence to deadlines Implement innovative solutions to reduce construction time and costs Ensure all works meet high-quality standards and specifications Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and site teams Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges on-site Optimize resource planning (labor, materials, equipment) Enforce HSE and regulatory compliance Monitor project performance, risks, and progress reporting Lead value engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs Requirements Proven experience in construction management within contracting or real estate development companies Strong experience in fast-track / accelerated project delivery Solid technical knowledge in construction methods, sequencing, and execution planning Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and value engineering Ability to reduce project duration while maintaining or improving quality Strong leadership and site management skills Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities Experience managing multiple stakeholders (contractors, consultants, suppliers) Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 10+ years of experience preferred
