The responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provides overall management of administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. Provides technical direction, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Manages one or more complex projects, involving a combination of the following: Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR, Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR, Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc. Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out). Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or related field 4+ years of experience in construction or construction management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Experienced in corporate tenant improvement Experienced in MEP construction Fluent in English /Spanish. Additional Information Preferred Requirements 10+ years of experience in construction or construction management PMP Certification Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
