We are looking for candidates with several years of practical experience in implementing building services engineering (BSE) projects in commercial environments. You understand the challenges of complex construction projects and the processes on large construction sites.

Furthermore, you are accustomed to successfully implementing large commercial projects together with project managers, senior fitters, specialist planners, and installation teams. Coordinating different trades, subcontractors, and project stakeholders is part of your daily routine.

Ideally, you have gained your experience at a building services engineering company and have firsthand knowledge of the requirements of demanding HVAC projects.

Then take on the responsibility for challenging construction sites in the field of building services engineering. Together with experienced project teams, you will design the technical infrastructure of modern buildings and facilities.

Your tasks include

: - Independent management and execution of complex construction sites in the field of building services engineering (HVAC)

- Coordination, monitoring, and optimization of all installation processes on the construction site

- Preparation of quantity surveys, material lists, and project-relevant construction site documentation

- Ensuring the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of all work

- Point of contact for the client's on-site construction management and other project stakeholders

- Monitoring and compliance with legal regulations as well as company safety and occupational health standards

- Management and coordination of fitters, subcontractors, and specialist companies

- Close collaboration with project managers, senior fitters, system planners, and other trades

- Support with change order processing and site controlling

- Ensuring a smooth construction process until successful project handover
