Description
Project Management Coordinating with consultant-client to kick off site meeting to start project construction; making all necessary arrangements of building approval procurement of material, design, drawing, and sample approval. Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, and Workforce and Subcontractor work force for successful completion of project. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost and quality parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output. Liaising with the clients/consultants for the successful & timely completion of the project Attending all site weekly meetings & developing action plan against the points discussed and preparation of minutes of meeting Preparation of project schedule keeping track of each activity in order to complete on time Analyzing bottleneck of project and taking immediate preventive action to bring in project timeline Operational & Pre-sales Support: Providing pre-sales support to the sales team and clients for assisting site for quotation Coordinating with approval team for pre-approval & approval from Government Authorities Negotiating with subcontractors quotation for the profit of the company and submitting technical materials & samples for approval of the authorities Contracts Administration & Management: Evaluating & executing contracting works and coordinating among consultants, contractors and clients. Providing feedback for tender specifications & finalization of requirements. Liaising with consultants on determining technical and contractual matters. Site & Construction Management/Resource Planning: Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. Overseeing a team of Engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks. Preparing and reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans. Ensuring materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality. Supervising the day-to-day activities of the progress at site & taking immediate action against bottlenecks in the project
