As a construction manager, you are the central figure on our construction sites, ensuring the smooth progress of our projects with your energy, organizational skills, and expertise. You coordinate all phases of construction, manage collaboration between different teams, and ensure that projects are completed on time, to a high standard, and within budget. With your passion for construction and your ability to manage complex processes, you make a significant contribution to the success of our projects.

Tasks

• Planning, control and monitoring of all construction processes on site
• Coordination of the various trades and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards
• Creating and maintaining project plans using Microsoft Project or AutoCAD
• Communication with clients, architects, engineers and suppliers
• Monitoring of material usage and working hours
• Documentation of all construction progress as well as the creation of reports and minutes.
