JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Construction Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various construction projects by assisting with tasks that ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, quality control, and project management. The Construction Assistant will work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure that all aspects of the construction process are executed efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects under the guidance of Construction Manager and working closely with Project Managers.
  • Support construction management efforts by coordinating schedules, materials, and resources.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
  • Participate in construction site inspections to monitor progress and report any issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement effective construction estimating practices.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site.
  • Provide experience support when needed, assisting skilled tradespeople in their tasks.
  • Document daily activities, progress, and any incidents that occur on-site.
