We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager who can take full ownership of the build process and uphold our commitment to excellence.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Construction Manager will oversee all phases of custom home construction—from breaking ground to the final walkthrough. This role requires deep experience in residential construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple trades while keeping schedules, budgets, and quality in check.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in residential construction management, with an emphasis on custom homes.
  • Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Buildertrend or Revit.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to hold subcontractors accountable for timelines and quality.

    Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage the build schedule and ensure all work progresses on time and on budget.
  • Arrive on-site early (around 6:30 AM) to be available for subcontractor questions and coordination.
  • Obtain pricing for change orders and communicate promptly with the sales agent.
  • Complete and maintain quality control checklists for each stage of construction.
  • Track and log delays, identifying the subcontractor responsible.
  • Ensure all change orders are reflected on updated plans within Buildertrend.
  • Keep Buildertrend plans and documentation current and accurate.
  • Oversee warranty work and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
