Description
Lead full-cycle project delivery—from planning and budgeting to scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management Conduct thorough reviews of technical requirements, scope of work, and timelines during project handoff Leverage project management tools and software to track milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure on-site execution stays on course Facilitate and lead project meetings, maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders Manage project closeout activities including punch lists, issue resolution, warranty handoff, and transition to ownership Act as the primary on-site contact for all EESS-related activities throughout the project lifecycle Partner with District Operations to promote and enforce safety initiatives across all job sites Oversee financial performance through cost control, change order management, and risk mitigation Collaborate with commercial operations, sales engineers, and technical support teams to align client expectations with project deliverables Implement strategic program-level changes and initiatives from the Strategic Operations team Mentor and guide team members, sharing expertise in project management and operational excellence to build team capability High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum 10 years progressive experience in construction management, site supervision or project coordination, including at least 5 years leading electrical, industrial or general construction projects OR Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant construction management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role. Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license. Bachelor's degree in construction management, or electrical engineering from an accredited university 5+ years managing electrical construction or commissioning projects as a project manager or construction manager, preferably large complex projects Proficiency in project management and construction industry software packages (Microsoft Project, ProCore, etc.) OSHA 10 & 30 hour general industry or construction certification.
